Learning Innovations | VR Firewall | Unity
One of about 20 projects for a grant at Learning Innovations created to teach IT Concepts such as Digital/Physical security, Network Infrastructure, and PC repair. These projects utilized the Oculus Quest and its controllers to interact with the world around them.
In this project I worked on the 3D assets (excluding the hands), animation of the cubes, some scripting (C#), level design / layout, and sound design.

Scripting: For this project I did most of the scripting for the firewall and the cubes. The firewall had to have different states of completion as you move through the module, indicating the new rules that you learned. As for the cubes, each one had a state of animation that would play depending on what part of the module you were on. Some would stop at the firewall, some would be allowed through the firewall, etc. The cubes also would pop out and display the IP information when you looked at them directly using the VR headset.
